Tech Note 1: Lockouts on Jeep Military vehicles:
Jeep M715/M725/M726 1-1/4 ton military vehicles all had solid splined hub drive flanges from the factory. Once these vehicles hit the civilian market, many owners elected to replace the drive flanges with lockout hubs for increased fuel economy. Most of these lockouts were made by Dualmatic/Selectro which were less than 1/2 the price of a set of Warn hubs.
