Tech Note 1: Product Specs
Thread length is approximately 7/8". 3/8" full thread bolt has a 9/16" hex head. The factory applied thread locking compound also acts as a sealant to prevent oil from seeping past the threads.

Five QU11154 Bolts are used to attach either QU50278 Bearing/Seal Retainer for 1969-1993 fixed yoke or QU30083 Extension Housing for 1980-1991 GM slip yoke NP205 transfer cases.
