Description
QU10646 Transfer Case Yoke Slinger is a genuine New Process original equipment replacement part for front output yokes and Constant Velocity Flanges with 1-7/8" ground hub diameters used on many New Process Transfer Cases equipping full-size Chevy, Dodge, GMC, and Jeep 4x4 vehicles from 1980 to 1997. The function of this Slinger is to protect your transfer case front output seal from damaging road splash and grit. It is not unusual to find an original Slinger both badly rusted and banged up. If your Slinger looks like it is ready to give up the ghost, you can easily replace it with one of these new OEM parts. USA Made.

Applications
Tech Note 1: Installing
These slingers are made to be a press fit on your yoke or CV flange. We have found our QT1069 Ball Joint Press Adapter to be an ideal tool for installing these slingers.
Tech Note 2: Front Facing Applications
Typically, this type of Slinger is only used on front facing applications. If used on an rear output yoke, the cup designed tends to catch road splash and channel it towards the seal.
