Early production 1994-1997 NP241DHD Transfer Cases had small, 1-3/8" 32 spline rear output shafts, 2 piece tailshaft housings and use QU10130 Bushing. All the 1994 and 1995 models have the 32 spline shaft. 1996 is the transition year in which the 32 spline units were phased out and replaced by models with one piece tailhousings, 1-5/8" 31 spline rear output shafts and use QU90025 Bushing. By 1997, the 32 spline units were no longer used except perhaps for some early model year V8 gas engine trucks. By now, many 1994-1997 era trucks have had the transfer case replaced, so verify what Bushing you need before ordering.
