All our new shafts feature premium Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) Tubing that is both stronger and more concentric than comparable size welded tubing used in stock shafts.

1996-2002 Dodge Ram 2500, Ram 3500 with 46RE Automatic transmissions use the same length front CV driveshaft for both NP241DLD and NP241DHD transfer cases in all V8 powered 4x4s.  Dodge used three different front CV driveshafts for the 1996-2002 era trucks. A 1330 CV head is stock for all years, but there were three different front u-joint choices which we have consolidated into 2 as there are only 2 stock pinion yoke choices.
