1996-2002 Dodge Ram 2500, Ram 3500 4x4 Trucks with Cummins Diesel or Gas V10 Engines and 47RE Automatic Transmissions use different length front CV driveshaft for NP241DLD and NP241DHD transfer cases. The shafts listed here fit 47RE equipped Ram 2500, Ram 3500 4x4s with NP241DHD transfer cases (DHD=Dodge Heavy Duty). Dodge used three different front CV driveshafts for the 1996-2002 era trucks. A 1330 CV head is stock for all years, but there were three different front u-joint choices which we have consolidated into 2 as there are only 2 stock pinion yoke choices.
