There’s a sense of pride as I type this blog. For the longest time, I’ve wanted the opportunity to write especially things I’m passionate about. Four-wheel drive parts check that box. Besides writing I’m a brand Ambassador for Torque King. Pride doesn’t even begin to describe how honored I am to take on this responsibility. Let me introduce myself, I’m Matt the new Torque King 4x4’s brand ambassador and there is no better company I could represent.

So, what does it mean to be a Brand Ambassador? To me, it’s not only someone that’s the face and heartbeat of the company,  but most importantly, the soul of its' employees. I want to be seen as rugged and reliable. A face that can be associated with dependability like the parts sold at Torque King. The sound of my heart beats to helping rigs get back on the road. Its employees’ core is a soul of people whose desire is to help you get your rig the way you want it. In a nutshell, a Brand Ambassador is a friendship between a company and its customers.

This morning sitting at my desk I was thinking about Brand Ambassadors I’ve seen in my life. There’ve been many that have come and gone, but one that stands front, and center is the Maytag Man. If I could pick one Brand Ambassador to be like it’s the Maytag Man. I believe I could give him a run for doing what he does best, taking a nap. Many Torque King parts and almost all our tools are made in the USA. I can’t think of a better company to represent for being dependable.

The 4X4 community makes up a broad spectrum of people. For me, 4wd is about off-roading, camping, and adventure. One of the things about living in Montana is there is no shortage of these things. Four-wheel drive vehicles are more than fun and adventure they are part of people’s livelihood. Farmers, ranchers, construction, and a long list of businesses rely on the capabilities of these vehicles. Being a Brand Ambassador at Torque King I want to be a friend to all no matter why you drive a 4X4 rig.

Becoming a Brand Ambassador here at Torque King I’m excited about the projects the media team has in store. We’ve already done several product highlights. These videos are to showcase the parts sold by Torque King. A Podcast is in the works. We are finishing up with the last touches on a former U.S. Navy Communications Shelter that we have repurposed as a studio and that we’ve named the Gearbox. I look forward to growing the Torque King brand and helping you keep your rig on the road!
