TK42252.5 1/2 Set Semi Wheel Adapter Set to convert from 8-lug to 10-lug for semi wheels. 1/2 Sets include one pair, either front pair or rear pair. Fits semi wheels with the 10 bolt on 285.75mm bolt pattern.
