TK11820 9/16" SRW to 5/8" DRW Rear Adapter Set for 1994-2002 Ram 2500, 3500

TK11820 9/16" Single Rear Wheel to 5/8" Dual Rear Wheel Rear Adapter Set for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks are precision machined in USA from solid steel. TK11820 includes 9/16" nuts to attach the adapter to your wheel hub plus 5/8" studs and nuts to hold your dual wheel to the adapter.

In order for these adapters to be properly hub centered to fit your 2nd gen Dodge, you MUST have the center hole of the OE wheels opened up (widened) to an inside diameter of 4.880" or use wheels meant for a Ford dually from 1985-1998 (which were same size and bolt pattern except had the larger center hole diameter required for proper hub location).
