TK11723 1/2" Single Rear Wheel to 5/8" Dual Rear Wheel Rear Adapter Set for 1975-1993 Dodge D/W 200/250 and 1990-1993 W350 are precision machined in USA from solid steel. TK11723 includes 1/2" nuts to attach the adapter to your wheel hub plus 5/8" studs and nuts to hold your dual wheel to the adapter. Quickly and easily convert your Dodge SRW into a dually truck! Our adapters are designed to mount directly to your existing axle studs and require no modifications to your vehicle. Each adapter is machined specifically to your vehicle’s wheel mounting configuration for a perfect fit every time.
