Tech Note 1: Loose Fitting Ball Joints
If your Ram Ball Joints have previously been replaced by cheap parts-store type knurled-body ball joints, chances are the ball joint socket holes in your axle are stretched and will no longer provide an adequate press fit with normal sized ball joints. You can either replace the axle housing OR install our TK11412 Dynatrac CR92-2X3050-F ProSteer Greaseable and Rebuildable Ball Joint Kit which has specially sized knurled cases that will fit your stretched, over-size mounting holes.
