TK2003 Divorce Conversion Kit for Married NV271F/NV273F and NV271D/NV273D Transfer Cases. This kit allows you to install a modern transfer case in older vehicles with a divorced or remote mount transfer case, convert your 2 wheel drive truck to 4 wheel drive without transmission modifications, or retain your 4x4 capabilities when upgrading to a heavier duty Eaton or other manual transmission in your pickup.

Tech Note 3: 240-260 series adaptation
Adapting 241-261 transfer cases will require some or all of the following considerations:
Matching an input bearing and seal to your housing. Example: a 241 would need a 55x80mm ball bearing, or machine input shaft to match factory 50x80mm bearing. The seal would also change.
Machining another snap ring groove to match your bearing and housing.
Using QU52415 beariing adapter to match with the small diameter pocket bearing used in early transfer cases.
