QU30064 Dana 60 Steering Arm Stud is a genuine original equipment replacement part for securing the drivers side steering arm to the steering knuckle on 1975 to 1993 model year Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, and IHC 3/4 ton and 1 ton 4x4 trucks equipped with either the Dana Spicer Model 60 or Model 61, open knuckle front axle with King Pins. Sold Individually.

Tech Note 1: Specifications
Overall Length: 2.680"
Steering Knuckle End Threads: 0.800x0.500x20 TPI
Steering Arm End Threads: 1.050x.0.500x20 TPI
Shoulder in the Middle to Pilot the Steering Arm: 0.625x0.528 OD

Tech Note 2: Threadlocker
Use S9978 medium strength Threadlocker on the threads that screw into the steering knuckle.

Tech Note 3: Nut
It has been many years since we have been able to get the original equipment cone nut that tightens against the top of the steering arm. They look like a standard 1/2" x 3/4" hex wheel nut, but I do not know if the angle and hardness are the same.  Replacement nuts are QU80063.
