For 1977-1979, Spicer Plastic Dial Hubs were used on trucks with NP205 transfer case and solid steel hub drive gears equipped vehicles with NP203 full time transfer cases. Spicer hubs came on all 1980 trucks. I believe 1981 models all used M248 plastic dial hubs, but both my memory and the GM parts books are a little vague on the issue.
