1992 Ford F-350 4x4s could be ordered with either automatic or manual hub lucks. For each version there are three different types of hubs used depending upon the year. For automatic hubs, only parts for the 1996-1997 version with a 3 bolt cover are still readily available. Parts for middle production (roughly 1993.5-1995) manual hubs are gone. The early manual hub was a standard Warn model, so parts are available for it. Incidently, since the early hub is still sold by Warn to the aftermarket, you may find it on any 1992-1997 F-350 either as the original hub or as a replacement for factory hubs. The 1995-1997 manual hub with a three bolt cap is still available as sub-assemblies while supplies last.
