All bearings are not created equal for fit or durability, so we only stock first class, long lasting, Timken® Differential and Pinion Bearings for your Jeep Dana 30 front axle. The differential and inner pinion bearings are the same on all these axles, however the outer pinion bearings are not. Dana 30 axles (XJ to 1999, MJ, YJ) that use shims to set pinion rotating preload have 1-1/8" Inside Diameter outer pinion bearings. Axles that use a crush sleeve (2000-2001 XJ, ZJ, TJ) have 1-3/16" Inside Diameter outer pinion bearings.
