There was a IHC Dana 44 and Dana 44HD differential Side Bearing change which depending upon what parts book you believe was effective anywhere from 1967 to 1971. It is quite possible the change did not take place in a single year, but over several years as International used older axles they had on hand during vehicle assembly. One thing is for sure, you should verify what diff side bearing you have before ordering!
