We stock a complete line of parts for the open knuckle, Dana-Spicer Model 60 Front Axle which Dana lists for a 1975 International 1 ton 1300 Camper Special 4x4 truck. It is questionable if this axle was actually used by International in a production truck, as it does not appear in the 1975 International parts books which also do not list a 1975 1300 model, however, since Dana apparently sold enough of these axles to International to catalog parts for them, there is likely a few out there in special production vehicles. The newly released Model 60 axle used the same size axle universal joint as the previous Model 70 closed knuckle axle, but the new open knuckle design had a sharper turning angle which substantially improved vehicle maneuverability.

The Model 60 has very durable greaseable king pins and disc brakes. The wheel bearings are serviceable and the dead-spindle configuration allows the use of lockout hubs.
