QK4218 Roxor Hub Flange Stud Kit. 1 kit per axle, also works with OTR full float rear axle kits. Optional items are a stud installer and stud remover.
Locking hub bolts keep backing out? This kit is designed to keep constant pressure on threads to prevent fasteners from loosening. A fine-thread final torque coupled with belleville spring washers will provide a much longer lasting solution than threadlocker alone. High clearance 12pt nuts eliminate the need for clearancing hub bodies to fit a socket on factory fasteners, as commonly seen with Mile Marker hubs.
Over time, a loose fastener will cause the threaded holes to oval out or even crack the wheel hub. Due to this on top of threads being counterbored, it is recommended to use a metal filler paste to help support stud shoulders above the coarse threads. Be sure to clean off excess after stud installation. Use a low temperature filler so if replacement is required, studs can be heated to break the bond with filler and threadlocker before removal.

Tool specifications:
Nut- 1/2" 12pt socket
Installer tool- 17mm wrench + 6mm allen (H6)
Romover tool- 19mm wrench + 22mm wrench
*Note: we have tested Mile Marker and Warn locking hubs, as well as factory drive flange for compatibility. Mile Marker has the thickest flange, so these studs are about even with the end of the nut when installed. Depending on your existing hub damage and manufacturing tolerances, a longer or larger stud may be required if not replacing the wheel hub. We recommend testing fitment with 1 stud in holes that seem damaged before installation.
