Description
QT1148 Lower Ball Joint Press Sleeve is used when with optional QT1065 C-Frame Press when installing the lower ball joint on 2003-2013 Dodge/Ram Ram 2500 and 2003-2012 Ram 3500 4x4 trucks. It is also used to install the Lower Ball Joint into the steering knuckle and to apply upward pressure against the steering knuckle when seating the Lower Ball Joint Stud against the axle yoke on 1980-2005 Dana 50 and most 1992-current Dana 60/Super 60 axles in Excursion, F250, and F350 4x4s. Ball joint press sleeve
You need these ball joint tools if you are going to do this job. Pay the money and don't bother with renting some old broken tool. You will finish the job by lunch.
