Description
A 3-day trip in mid June 2024. From our manufacturing facility in Roberts, MT, we took the SnoGriz on a 3-day test run over the just opened Beartooth Pass to the mountains near Cooke City Montana. After camping overnight below the snow line, we hiked for several hours and then drove down the Chief Joseph Byway to Clark, Wyoming. From there we went up the Clarks Fork Canyon to the base of the Morrison Jeep Trail, and then back out and over to the west side of Wyoming's Big Horn Mountains for an overnight stay. On Sunday we did some hiking and biking, and then went 4-wheeling. The 3-day test accumulated Over 350 total miles with over 50 miles of 4x4 low range trail driving.
Day 1:
Camp on Lower End of Lulu Pass Road. Seasonal road closures and deep snow kept us from going further.
Day 2:
