TK20038 BW1356 Billet Front CV Output Yoke by Torque King is a tough and durable, USA Made 31 Spline Billet 1330 CV End Yoke for 1987-1997 Ford F350 and Crew Cab F-250 4x4s with front Constant Velocity Driveshafts and Borg Warner 1356 Transfer Cases. TK20038 directly replaces broken or damaged original equipment cast front Constant Velocity End Yokes on all Ford F250 and F350 4x4s with Borg Warner 1356 transfer cases and front Constant Velocity Driveshafts. TK20038 machined from a solid billet of tough, USA made steel so it is far stronger than your cast original equipment yoke.
This CV yoke accepts standard 1330 series u-joints with 1.062" (1-1/16") cap diameter and 3.625" (3-5/8") lockup on the cross.

Tech Note 2: Installation Notes:
Your new TK20038 Yoke is not counterbored at the end of the splines for the original rubber seal that fit under the washer. The reason for this is most old seals are in poor condition and new seals are no longer readily available. We recommend you apply RTV sealant to the outboard end of the yoke splines before installation. Also apply some RTV to the underside of of the yoke washer. If possible, allow 24 hours for the RTV to cure before adding oil to the transfer case. The counterbore at the inboard end of the yoke splines allows TK20038 to fit both early and late BW1356 transfer cases.

TK20038 Billet CV Yoke for BW1356
My "bucket list" project starts with a 2002 Ford Explorer chassis and a 1951 Ford F1 sitting on the chassis. The power train includes a 302 Windsor engine with a 4R70W transmission and a BW1356 transfer case. The original Explorer front and rear differentials remained in place. Because the front driveshaft angle was excessive, I had to switch to a double cardon CV driveshaft and finding the suitable front TC yoke was becoming a nightmare. Finally saw the Torque King TK20038 yoke and ordered it. This yoke fit my needs perfectly. It is made of tough billet steel and looks great. Finally, my drivetrain is complete and I can move on to the body. Thanks Torque King
