QK1114 NV4500 and NV5600 Manual Transmission Shift Tower Spacer and Bolt Kit includes the metal/rubber spacer that fits between your Shift Tower and the transmission top cover on 1998-2005 Dodge and 1995-2007 GM New Venture NV4500 5 speed manual transmissions. Also fits 1999-2005 Dodge New Venture NV5600 6 speed manual transmissions. Kit includes the spacer, 4 bolts, 4 bushings, and RTV sealant.

Tech Note 1: Installation
Use the RTV sealant to seal between the metal side of the Shift Tower Spacer Plate and the top of your transmission top cover (NV4500) or housing (NV5600). Do NOT apply any sealant to the rubber side of the Spacer! Install metal towards bottom and torque to 8 lb.ft.
