TK10503 Torque King® New Process Transfer Case Rear Bearing Retainer 5 Bolt Gasket for all Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, IHC, and Jeep 4x4s with OE Spec NP200, NP201, or NP205 transfer cases. TK10503 fits between the cast iron rear output housing and the 5 bolt rear output bearing retainer. Has cutout for oil feed passage found on many of these transfer cases. Original Equipment Spec Gasket made to precise dimensions for proper clearances. USA Made.

Tech Note 1: Transfer Case Design
The New Process NP200, NP201, and NP205 series of cast iron, gear drive transfer cases were all designed to be used with cut paper gaskets of precise dimensions. For proper clearances, always use original equipment thickness gaskets when working on you transfer case.
Tech Note 2: High Quality
TK10503 is a high quality gasket, it does not need to be gooped up with sealant to make a leak-proof seal. If you wish to fill a gouge or use a sealant to hold the gasket in place during assembly, only apply a very thin film!
