  The order arrived two days ago, and we thank you for following up on the matter with us regarding the shortage of the crush sleeve. Even here we suffer from a shortage and scarcity of these parts. As for orders outside America, let's say, for example, the Middle East. We suffer from high shipping and clearance fees to the degree that often the cost is much more than the order price. Same, although there are transport companies and other ways to order, in the end, the cost is still high, and this limits demand.
