QK6010 1994-2004 Dodge Ram Clutch Cover Bolt Set includes eight of the unique, hardened flange head bolts which were used exclusively for 1994-2004 Diesel and V10 Dodge trucks equipped with the New Venture NV4500HD 5 speed manual transmission OR 1999-2000 Dodge Ram Diesel trucks with NV5600 6 speed manual transmissions to secure the 12.4" pressure plate to the engine flywheel.

1994-2002 Clutch Service Video
These Bolts are ONLY used to mount 12.4" clutch covers to original equipment type 1994-2004 Dodge Diesel or V10 trucks with New Venture NV4500HD 5 speed manual transmissions AND 1999-2000 Dodge Diesel trucks with NV5600 6 speed manual transmissions. If you have a 2001-2005.5 factory 6 speed flywheel with a 13" clutch, see QK6015.
Tech Note 2: Threadlocker
Apply Threadlocker to the Bolt threads before installation. Evenly tighten the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turn at a time in a crisscross pattern to:
1994-2002 17 lb.-ft. (23 N-m)
2003-2004 22.5 lb.-ft. (30 N-m)

Tech Note 4: Inspect for Damage
Replace clutch cover bolts that are damaged in any way, have been over-torqued or subjected to severe shock loads (such as when a clutch disc blows apart).
