TK56120 Warn 62672 35 Spline Premium Locking Hub Set is a high-performance Locking Hub Set for heavy-duty vehicles with 1-1/2" 35 spline outer axle shafts and internally splined wheel hubs. This hub set is standard equipment with Torque King® Front Serviceable Wheel Hub and Lockout Hub conversions for Dodge, Ford, and Ram 4x4 trucks. The TK56120/62672 WARN Premium 35 Spline Hub is a no-compromise hublock designed for the hardcore off-roader or truck owner who will accept nothing less than the industry standard in performance. The all metal construction and ZA Alloy dial ensure years of reliable functioning. This dial requires a full 9/10ths of a turn to ensure positive engagement of the inner drive gear to the clutch ring. To make sure they stay engaged, WARN Premium Hubs use a thick internal wave spring and heavy dial detents. Warn knows their Premium Hubs will be used hard, so they build them strong and back them with a lifetime limited warranty.

Tech Note 1: Initial Installation
The internal components in Warn hubs are factory lubricated. For your initial installation, you only need to coat the axle shaft and wheel hub splines with Pyroplex Plus or similar high-quality, waterproof grease to minimize spline wear.

Tech Note 2: Moving Parts
Lubricating the moving parts on lockout hubs is critical for long life. When servicing your hub-locks in the future, use a THIN film of waterproof grease like Pyroplex Plus on the moving metal parts. Do not pack the moving lockout parts with grease as this can cause engagement issues especially during cold weather. I like to coat the fixed hub and axle shaft splines with grease for corrosion protection, but I only use a THIN film of grease on the moving metal parts.

Tech Note 3: Primary Use
1-1/2" x 35 spline outer axle shafts with snap-ring retained hub-locks were not used on any production 4x4 although they were used on some industrial and special application machines equipped with 35 spline Dana 60 or Dana 70 front axles. The primary use of these hubs is on 1994-2009 Dodge, 1999-current Ford, and 2010-current Ram 4x4s upgraded to have serviceable wheel bearings. They will also fit 1977-1991 GM, 1977.5-1997 Ford, 1990.5-1993 Dodge 4x4s with Dana 50, Dana 60, or Dana 61 front axles using aftermarket 35 spline axle shafts instead of the original 30 spline shafts.
