QU30170U Used 3.92-up Dana 44 Loaded Open Diff Case

QU30170U Used Dana 44 Slow Ratio Loaded Open Differential Case is a good used genuine Dana OEM loaded differential case for Dana 44 front and rear axles with 3.92 or numerically higher gear ratios and 30 spline axle shafts. These popular diffs were used by Dodge, Ford, GM, International, and Jeep and they will fit many front/rear axle applications from 1967 to 1993. QU30170U includes the Diff with installed "Spider Gear" set. QU30170U good used open (non-locking) differentials are taken from axle assemblies our Research and Development Department had for part verification and tool design purposes. QU30170U Differential has 30 spline side gears.

Tech Note 2: Product Note
These are USED differentials. The teeth on the gears look good but since there are so many use variables, we make no warranty as to durability once the diff is installed!

Tech Note 3: 3.92-5.89 Ratio Gear Sets
QU30170U Differentials fit most 1967-1993 Dana 44 axles with 3.92 to 5.89 ratio gear sets. If you need a differential for 2.73 to 3.73 ratio gear sets, see QU40633.

Tech Note 4: Do Not Reuse Ring Gear Bolts
Ring Gear Bolts are designed to be used once and only once. Order 10 QU40209 ring gear bolts along with this differential.
