QU20338U Used Fast Ratio 35 Spline Loaded Differential Case

QU20338U Used Fast Ratio 35 Spline Dana 60, Super 60 Loaded Differential Case are complete with 35 spline "Spider Gear" set. QU20338U fits 3.54 to 4.30 ratio Dana 60 and Super 60 front axles with 35 spline axle shafts from 1975-up. Also fits Dodge Dana 61 front axles to 1993 with 3.07 ratio gear set.

Tech Note 1: Replacing
When replacing your old differential case with a new one, you will need Master Bearings and a dial indicator to determine the new shim pack thicknesses. Service procedures are covered in my TM4400 Pinion and Differential Bearing Service on Dana-Spicer Monobeam Axles.

Tech Note 2: Used
QU20338U is a good used 35 spline differential kit taken from axle assemblies our Research and Development Department had for part verification and tool design purposes. It includes just the diff with internal gear set. Order new QU40184 Differential Side Bearing Set, 12 QU40086 Ring Gear Bolts, QU40206 Differential Shim Kit, and S82194 RTV Sealant or QU40367 Diff Cover Gasket separately.

Tech Note 3: Good
These are USED differentials. The teeth on the gears look good but since there are so many use variables, we make no warranty as to durability once the diff is installed!

QU20338U Differentials fit 1975-up Dana 60/Super 60 axles with 35 spline axle shafts 3.54 to 4.30 ratio gear sets. QU20338U also fits 1987-1993 Dodge Dana 60 axles with 3.07 ratio gear set. If you need a 35 spline Dana 60/Super 60 differential for 4.56 to 7.17 ratio gear sets, see QU40662.

Tech Note 5: Ring Gear Bolt
Ring Gear Bolts are designed to be used once and only once. Never reuse a ring gear bolt!
