QU20326U Used 35 Spline 2 Pinion Limited Slip Differential for Ford Sterling 10-1/2" Rear Axles includes the ABS Tone Ring. QU20326U fits 2000-2005 Excursion and 1999-2010 Super Duty F250, F350 single rear wheel trucks with the 5.4L gas V8 engine. These good used diffs are taken from axle assemblies our Research and Development Department had for part verification and tool design purposes. Available while supplies last.

Tech Note 1: Wear
This is a used differential sold at a low price because we do not know how much life is left in the clutch packs. To obtain maximum traction, I recommend you replace the clutch packs with a new set (QU40615) but that is up to you. Either way, you will save hundreds of dollars over new parts.

Tech Note 2: Re-Shim
When replacing a differential, it is almost always necessary to reshim the differential to obtain the proper backlash between the ring/pinion gears and to get the correct preload on the differential bearings. The original one piece Cast Iron Shims are pretty easy to break, but they are the best way to go except for the high cost of buying different sizes. What most people do is use a "build-a-shim" shim kit like our QU50788 which allow you to stack thinner shims to get the desired settings.
