QU50760 12-1/8" Front Brake Drum for 1960-1963 GM Dana 44, Dana 44HD and 1959-1975 Ford Dana 44HD Heavy-Duty Closed Knuckle Front Axles are OE spec front brake drums for Ford F-250 4x4 trucks with Dana 44HD or Dana 60 front axles and GM Dana 44, Dana 44HD front axles. These heavy-duty axles will have 8 bolt wheels and use wheel hubs with externally mounted 6 bolt drive flanges or lockout hubs. Country of origin is unknown, but is most often USA or Canada whenever they are available. When the only option available is an import product that will be what we provide, just so you can get something.

Tech Note 1: Drum Specs
QU50760F definitely fits 1973-1975 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Dana 60 axles and 1969 to 1975 F-250 trucks above serial number F70001 with Dana 44HD closed knuckle front axles. Since Ford only offered hub and drum assemblies for 1961 to early 1969 trucks, I do not know if this is the correct drum for the early trucks even though 1961-1975 heavy-duty F-250s all use the same 12-1/8" x 2" brake shoes. To verify if this is the correct drum for your truck, measure your drum and compare it to these specs:
Brake Shoe Size: 12-1/8" x 2"
Maximum "Turn To" Diameter: 12.210"
Inside Brake Surface Width: 2.51"
Overall Drum Outside Diameter: 13.7"
Brake Drum Overall Outside Width: 3.31"
Center Mounting Hole Diameter: 4.596"
Bolt Circle: 8 x 6.5"
Wheel Bolt Hole Size: 5/8" (Thread size is 1/2", but hole in drum is 5/8" to clear bolt shoulder)
Number of Countersunk Holes for Retaining Bolts: 2

Original equipment spec Brake Drums like these have been out of production for many years. Depending upon the year, the original drums were all made by either Budd or Century.
