QU50591 Wide Input Bearing Dodge New Process NP241DHD Transfer Case Front Case Sub-Assembly is specific for 1994-1997 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4x4 trucks with New Process NP241DHD, manual shift, part-time transfer cases but it will work on most 1994-2002 NP241DHD transfer cases with input bearing and/or output seal changes (see Applications section). QU50591 is a genuine New Process replacement sub-assembly that includes QU50874 narrow (5/8" ) input bearing, QU50157 front output bearing, front output seal, and the planetary annulus ring. LIMITED SUPPLY!

Tech Note 1: Prep:
These new front case halves are bulk shipped from the factory without individual packaging, so airborne contaminants can get into the bearings. I suggest you clean the bearings and mating surfaces immediately prior to assembly.
Tech Note 2: Fits:
New Process used at least 5 different front case half sub assembly part numbers for Dodge NP241DHD transfer cases. Of those 5 numbers, QU50591 1994-1997 and QU11143 1999.5-2002 NP241DHD front case halves currently available to us through New Process. Despite the part number variations, this Front Case half will work on most, if not all NP241DHD transfer cases with bearing and/or seal changes. Please see the Applications section below for fitment information for your transfer case.
Tech Note 3: DLD and DHD Models:
For the 1994 to 2002 model years, New Process made two versions of the NP241 transfer case for Dodge. NP241DLD (Dodge Light Duty) models were stock in Ram 2500 4x4 trucks. NP241DHD (Dodge Heavy Duty) was optional for Ram 2500 and stock for Ram 3500. NP241DHD cases have wider chains, PTO drive provision, and for 1996.5-2002 model years a larger rear output shaft compared to the DLD cases.
