QU50510 1973-1997.5 1350 Series GM 10.5" 14 Bolt Rear Axle Pinion Yoke with Slinger for 1973-1996 Chevy and GMC 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks with GM or AAM 14 Bolt, 10-1/2" ring gear, full floating rear axles. QU50510 is a 30 spline yoke that directly replaces your original worn or broken 1350 series pinion yoke. Matching Strap and Bolt Kit is QU40814. Imported.

Tech Note 1: Matching U-Joints
QU50510 accepts external snap ring u-joints made to Spicer 1350 series dimensional specifications. Cup diameter is 1-3/16", overall width of installed u-joint is 3-5/8". Matching u-joints are TK40719 or QU40731.
Tech Note 2: Verify U-Joint Size
General Motors used the 10-1/2" 14 Bolt Rear axle in a number of different vehicle types. Some years and models use different size u-joints. Before ordering this yoke, verify your u-joint size!
Tech Note 3: Lubricate
Both the Seal Lip and Pinion Yoke hub must be lubricated with a film of clean grease to provide initial lubrication.

Tech Note 5: GM-AAM
In 1994, General Motors sold it's axle division to a group of investors who renamed their new acquisition American Axle Manufacturing (AAM). The AAM 14 Bolt, 10-1/2" Ring Gear full floater rear axle is what used to be called the as the Chevy or GM corporate 14 Bolt, 10-1/2" Ring Gear full float rear axle.
