QU50458 Ford NP205 6 Bolt Round Transmission to Transfer Case Gasket a typical aftermarket gasket that does not meet original equipment specs for die cut dimensions, thickness or paper quality, however, for the low budget repair, it is far better to use one of these instead of assembling your case without gaskets. I do not recommend using a sealant with this gasket unless there are pits or gouges in the case or transmission housing. If you do use sealant, apply just a very thin film of QU90005 RTV.
