Description
QU50451 Aftermarket 3 Bolt Transfer Case Idler Shaft Cover Gasket fits New Process NP200, NP201, and NP205 gear drive transfer cases. This is a typical aftermarket gasket that does not meet original equipment specs for die cut dimensions, thickness or paper quality, however, for the low budget repair, it is far better to use one of these instead of assembling your case without gaskets!

Tech Note 1: RTV Sealant
I do not recommend using a sealant with this gasket unless there are pits or gouges in the case or cover. If you do use sealant, apply just a very thin film of QU90005 RTV.
