QU50283 Synchronizer Pressure Piece Set for G360 or NV5600

QU50283 Synchronizer Pressure Piece Set One Kit is required for each synchronizer. Installing these little devils in the synchronizers can be tricky and a slip often means the ball and or spring flies across the shop! Always have a few of these Kits on hand when doing your G360 or NV5600 rebuild to replace worn-out or lost original parts.

Tech Note 1: To Install
Getting these little guys installed in your synchro takes some patience until you learn how to do it. The first one is easy, but after that, you either need a helper or use some suitable spacers under the hub and sliding sleeve that will allow you to slightly cock the sleeve without moving it enough to let the previously install ball(s) pop out. I also used a small, thin, flat blade screw driver to depress each ball enough to get it under the sliding sleeve. If you have never done this before, you may want to purchase an extra QU50283 set in case a ball or two takes off on you!
