Tech Note 1: Product Note
All New Process NP205 Transfer Cases EXCEPT 1982-1985 GM synchronized NP205 Transfer Cases use two of these Thrust Washers, one on each output shaft by the low gear. 1982-1985 GM synchronized NP205 Transfer Cases use one of these Thrust Washer on the rear output shaft. The synchronized front output low gear has a unique low gear Thrust Washer which is out of production and no longer available.

Tech Note 2: Check Condition
Always check the condition of QU10316 Thrust Washer Pin when working on your output shafts. The Pin prevents these Thrust Washers from rotating, but they are subject to wear. Most transfer cases with some miles on them will have pins that are rounded off, broken, or missing.
