QK5008 Transfer Case Shift Rod Assembly 2004-2011 Diesel/Auto and 2005.5-2012 Diesel/G56 6 Speed Trucks fits most 2003-2012 Dodge Ram 2500, Ram 3500, Ram 4500, and Ram 5500 4x4 trucks with Cummins Diesel engines and NV271D Manual Shift Transfer Cases. Kit includes QU11126 Shift Rod with Adjustable Rod Clamp, 2 QU11025 Shift Lever Bushings, and QU95077 Grade 8 Lock Bolt.

Tech Note 1: Rod Clamp
The Rod Clamp is adjustable to index your floor shift lever with the detent positions inside the transfer case.

Tech Note 2: Before Installation
Lightly lubricate the bushings with silicone grease before installation.
