TK4836 Torque King USA Made CAD Delete Kit for 1994-1999 Ram 2500, Ram 3500 Dana 60 Front Axles includes Torque King TK11487 Premium USA Made Chromoly Axle Shaft, Torque King 1/4" thick USA Made Stainless Steel CAD Block-off Plate, QU40090 Steel Reinforced CAD Gasket, and Axle Seal. TK4836 is a premium and highly effective option that greatly increases the reliability of your big Ram 4x4. TK4836 is simple, 4 parts replace all the convoluted vacuum tubing, 2 axle shafts, clutch collar, and the the entire CAD actuator and shift fork assembly. TK4836 includes 30 spline axle shaft, inner axle shaft oil seal, CAD block off plate, and CAD gasket. Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects for as long as you own the vehicle.

Tech Note 1: CAD Options
1994-1999 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4x4 trucks with Dana 60 front axles were equipped with a vacuum controlled Central Axle Disconnect (CAD) system. The CAD system worked fairly well, but as these trucks age the CAD systems are becoming troublesome. No one part is always at fault, the CAD system can become inoperative due to many causes, many which are caused by age and just plain wear and tear. You have three choices for the CAD system.

Malfunction of any part of CAD System will prevent front axle from engaging. Repairs often require multiple parts to restore system to operational status. |

Low Cost. More reliable than leaving CAD functional | 4x4 Light will always be ON unless disconnected. Under extreme conditions, CAD Fork or CAD axle shaft splines have been known to fail |
| Install QU11309 or TK4836 CAD Delete Kit | Most Reliable. One axle shaft replaces 2 axle shafts and all CAD related parts | 4x4 Indicator Light will not function. Initial Cost may be more than repairing CAD system. |
