QU40820 Small Pilot Ford Excursion and Super Duty Rear Driveshaft to Transfer Case Flange Yoke is a genuine original equipment replacement part that fits all single Cardan Ford Excursion and 1999-2016 Ford F-250, F350 Super Duty® Rear Driveshafts that use Medium Size (4-3/16") rear driveshaft universal joints (1410 Series) and mate to a Transfer Case Companion Flange with an approximate 2-11/16" male pilot. This Flange Yoke is typically used on vehicles with Diesel or V10 gas engines.

Tech Note 1: U-Joint Size
Most, but not all Ford Excursion and 1999-2004 F-250, F-350 Ford Super Duty® 4x4 trucks with Diesel or gas V-10 engines and Single Cardan (non-CV) rear driveshafts use this Flange Yoke at the front of the rear driveshaft. This is the correct female pilot Flange Yoke for YOUR Ford Excursion or Super Duty® truck IF:
A) Your U-Joint Cup Size is 1-3/16" and the overall width of the universal joint is 4-3/16"
B) The Male Pilot on your Transfer Case Output Flange is just under 2-11/16" in diameter.
Tech Note 2: CV Shaft

Tech Note 3: Matching U-Joints
The matching, 1410 (medium size) universal joints for this Flange Yoke are TK40705 or QU40789. The matching Bolts to secure the Flange Yoke to your Output Flange are QU20103.
