QU40710 New Process NP205 1350 Series Rear Output Yoke is a Genuine Spicer Replacement Yoke that uses a new style strap kit for all 1969 to 1991 GM 4x4 trucks with the Heavy-Duty 1350 series Rear Driveshafts. QU40710 can be used to upgrade any Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, or International NP205 Transfer Case with 32 spline remote input or front/rear output shafts having smaller series output yokes to couple with beefy 1350 series universal joints. QU40710 will not accept the original GM Strap and Bolt Kit. Order QU40709 Strap & Bolt Kit.

Tech Note 1: Slinger for Front Output
To convert QU40710 rear output yoke to a Remote Input or Front Output Yoke, simply add QU20030 Front Yoke Slinger.
Tech Note 2: U-Joint & Seal Specs
QU40710 NP205 Half-Round Pinion End Yoke accepts external snap ring type universal joints made to Spicer 1350 series dimensional specifications. The u-joint cup diameter is 1-3/16" and the overall width of the installed universal joint is 3-5/8". Matching universal joints are TK40719 and QU40731. The Yoke Ground Hub Diameter is 2-1/8" which is the NP205 standard seal ID for Most rear output and Remote Input Applications. Many 32 spline front output shafts use smaller inside diameter seals so be sure to order the matching TK50123 or similar 2-1/8" ID x 3.066" OD seal.

Tech Note 4: HD Rear Output Shaft Option
For high-performance rear output applications, I recommend you replace your weak original NP205 32 spline rear output shaft with our TK50084 shaft. The redesigned, stronger part which was exclusively used in 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins Diesel Trucks with 5-speed manual transmissions.
