QU40696 1350 Series Rear Driveshaft Flange Yoke is a genuine original equipment replacement part for many gas V8 powered 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty F250, F350 and 2000-2005 Ford Excursion rear driveshafts that use 1350 Series (3-5/8" wide) rear driveshaft universal joints and mate to a transfer case or rear axle companion flange with an approximate 2-61/64" male pilot.

Tech Note 1: U-Joint Specs
The universal joint for QU40696 yoke will have 1-3/16" (1.1875" 30.18 mm) diameter cups. The overall width of the joint is 3-5/8" (3.625" 92.08 mm). External snap rings are used to retain the U-Joint. Our matching U-Joint part numbers are TK40719 and QU40731.
Tech Note 2: Yoke Specs
QU40696 has a 3" ID Female Pilot. The matching Axle Companion Flange must have a matching male pilot.
Tech Note 3: Where Used
Many, but not all Ford Excursion and 1999-early 2007 F-250, F-350 Ford Super Duty® 4x4 trucks with gas V8 gas engines use this Flange Yoke at the back of the rear driveshaft. Some models also use it at the front. This is the correct female pilot Flange Yoke for YOUR Ford Excursion or Super Duty® truck IF: A) Your U-Joint Cup Size is 1-3/16" and the overall width of the universal joint is 3-5/8" B) The Male Pilot on your Rear Axle Companion Flange or Transfer Case Rear Output Flange is 2-61/64" in diameter.
