QU40661 Fast Ratio Dana 60 35 Spline Loaded Differential Case Assembly

QU40661 Fast Ratio 35 Spline Dana 60, Super 60 Loaded Differential Case Kit has 100% genuine Dana-Spicer parts. These 35 spline open differentials are complete with factory installed "Spider Gear" set, differential bearings, ring gear bolts, and differential shims. Also includes either RTV sealant or differential cover gasket. QU40661 fits 3.54 to 4.30 ratio Dana 60 and Super 60 front axles with 35 spline axle shafts from 1975-up. Also fits Dodge Dana 61 front axles 1987 to 1993 with 3.07 ratio gear set.

Tech Note 1: Tech Help
When replacing your old differential case with a new one, you will need Master Bearings and a dial indicator to determine the new shim pack thicknesses. Service procedures are covered in my TM4400 Pinion and Differential Bearing Service on Dana-Spicer Monobeam Axles.

Ring Gear Bolts are designed to be used once and only once. Never reuse a ring gear bolt!
