QU40226 ALSO fits the left differential output shaft on 1985-1993 Dodge Dana 44 front axles with vacuum controlled Central Axle Disconnect (CAD).

Right side Differential Output Seal for Ford is QU40088.
Tech Note 2: To Access
To access this part, you MUST unbolt and remove the whole differential housing from the left axle beam. Once the diff assembly is out of the vehicle, you can remove QU40226 Snap Ring from the groove in the axle shaft.
