TK2189 Torque King Premium Bearing, Seal, Gasket Kit for 1959-1968 International TC141 New Process NP202 2 speed gear drive transfer cases. Kit includes All Bearings, Seals and Gaskets plus 2 Idler Shaft Inner Thrust Washers. International introduced the TC141/NP202 Transfer Case midway during the B Series Product Cycle (1959-1960). It was replaced by the NP205 transfer case after the 1968 model year.

Bearing and Gasket for NP202
Good quality bearing used in the kit. But the kit only included two bearing retainer gaskets for a transfer-case that has three bearing retainers. The other thing to note, the three bearing retainers need different thickness gaskets to set the proper end thrust of the shafts. Due to the fact the third bearing retainer gasket was missing along with the fact neither one was the correct thickness, I ended up locally sourcing the different thickness gasket material needed to properly set the end shaft end thrust need to complete my overhaul. The bearing retainer gaskets included in the kit ended up being the pattern to cut the new gasket. It would have been good kit if a assortment of different thickness bearing retainer gaskets were included in the kit along with the correct number of them. Note from Torque King: All Gaskets used in the International TC141/NP202 Transfer Case are included with this Kit. As a result of this review, we replaced the 2 TK10514 4 Bolt Bearing Retainer Gaskets with 2 Each of TK52256 (0.009-0.011") and TK52257 (0.0135-0.0165") Paper gaskets to conform to the original gasket configuration specified in IHC Parts Books.
