TK21246 1976-1977 Ford F250 Crew Cab Dana 60 Chromoly Outer Axle Shaft

TK21246 Chrome-Moly Outer Axle Shaft for 1976-1977 Ford F250 Crew Cab 4x4 trucks with Dana 60 open knuckle front axles. The 1976-1977 F-250 Crew Cab Dana 60 front axle was the only American solid, open-knuckle front axle that originally used an external snap ring type 1350 series axle-u-joint so making direct-fit replacement shafts is not feasible given the small number of trucks equipped with this axle. Our USA made hardened, Chromoly replacements are made for the more common 1350 series Axle-Joint retained by C-Clips that fit against the inside of the axle shaft yoke ears.  Due to the different type of axle-u-joint, you will need to replace your both your inner and outer axle shaft with a new assembly that includes the inner and outer shafts plus your choice of axle u-joint. TK21246 includes 1-1/4" x 19 spline outer axle shaft and axle shaft slinger.

QU90007 Greaseable with flush grease fitting in 1 cup. Cross is hot-forged and cross-drilled for lube channels
TK40712 Factory-Lubed. Solid cross is Cold Forged
TK52298 Greaseable Competition only U-Joint with a flush grease fitting for each cup. 4340 solid steel cross
