Tech Note 1: Safety First
For safety reasons, never reuse wheel bolts (studs) or rotor to hub bolts. Nel bolts are way cheaper than hospital or funeral bills.
Tech Note 2: After Assembly
It is relatively unusual for a big 4x4 brake rotor to have less than the maximum allowable runout and rotor thickness variation once it is assembled to a wheel hub. This is due to manufacturing tolerances of the parts and the pressures exerted on the hub and rotor when pressing in the wheel studs. After assembling your brake rotor to your wheel hub, the rotor should be checked for runout (0.005" {0.127 mm} maximum with 0.003" or less preferred). A rotor that is out of tolerance should be machined with an on-the-vehicle brake lathe if possible or on an accurate bench type brake lathe.
