QT2050 Transfer Case Rear Output Bushing Remover and Installer for New Process Transfer Cases with Slip Yoke style rear output shafts. Change the rear output bushing on your transfer case the easy way and without wrecking the housing or bushing! Works on the following transfer cases with slip yoke style rear output shafts: GM 1980-1991 GM NP205, 1981-1988 NP208C, 1987-1998 NP241, many 1998 and newer NP241C, NP246 Dodge: 1994-2002 NP241DLD, 1994-1996 NP241DHD with small output. Tech Note 1: Installation
The transfer cases that this tool is made to service all have a thin bushing pressed in an aluminum extension housing. These aluminum housings are easily damaged by rough handling. Support the housing on a smooth and clean block of wood covered by a rag before driving a bushing in or out.
Tech Note 2: Matching Parts
Use with QU10130 genuine New Process Transfer Case Rear Output Bushing. The matching rear seal will vary by application.

Makes bushing removal easy
This tool made removal and reinstallation of the output shaft bushing in my NP241C so easy. It would be hard to do this job with no damage to the housing without this tool. I also like that the driver handle for this tool is compatible with other tools I have bought from Torque King (such as bearing drivers for my Dodge's rear axle). Great products!
