QT2044 Rear Output Bushing Remover and Installer is a low cost, CNC machined steel tool made to quickly and easily remove and install the QU10025 1999-2005 4x2 Dodge NV4500HD/NV5600 Manual Transmission and QU90025 1996-2002 Dodge NP241DHD 4x4 Transfer Case Rear Output Bushings when doing off vehicle gearbox service. Use with QT1100 series driver handles. USA Made.

Tech Note 1: Must Remove
The tailshaft or output housing must be removed to remove/replace the bushing with the QT2044 tool.
Tech Note 2: To Use
Makeshift tools such as a socket will usually either damage your output housing or wreck your new bushing due to the thin wall construction of your transmission and/or transfer case bushing. The pilot of our QT2044 fits inside the bushing to keep the installer drive face engaged on the end of the bushing.
