QK2036 7/8" Thread Nut & Washer Kit for NPG Transfer Case Shafts

QK2036 New Process Transfer Case Shaft Nut and Washer Set replaces worn or damaged New Process Gear (NPG) NP203 and NP205 32 spline output/remote input or idler shaft hardware. Kit includes Hardened Washer and Special USA made Tri-Lobe original equipment type Self-Locking Nut. Fits all NP203 and NP205 Idler Shafts and 32 spline shafts using output yokes (Not CV Flanges). QK2036 will also work on NP200, NP201, NP202, and NP205 Shafts if you wish to replace the original castellated nut with a Lock Nut. USA Made.

Tech Note 1: Dimension
QU10504 Nut has 7/8" extra fine thread. Hex size is 1-5/16".

Tech Note 2: Exceptions
QK2036 will NOT fit round or square CV Flange Yokes. Also will not work with most 1977.5 and newer 1310 series CV end yokes on Ford NP205 Front or Rear Output shafts. Use QU10512 Nut for these applications.

Tech Note 3: Apply Threadlocker
For maximum nut retention, apply S9978 Threadlocker to the nut and shaft threads.
